Tasting Notes
A leaner, acid-driven rose, with a nice blend of red fruit aromatics and a pepper, herbal quality we often see with the Cab Sauv. Light-bodied, acid-driven palate with a lingering spiciness. Very different in style and body than the Saignee Rose bottled from this vintage.
Production Notes
De-stem / crush then press. (No skin contact) Cool fermentation for four weeks. Aged in stainless steel barrels.
