Exotic aromatics of white flower, peach, lychee, and honey. The aromatics are so pronounced it comes off sweeter even than a ripe Viognier. Very clean, crisp, and refreshing.
Production Notes
Whole cluster pressed, stainless steel fermentation for four weeks. Aged in stainless.
