Tasting Notes
Fragrant, full of peach, apricot, white pepper, spice, melon. Very interesting and complex aromatics. Medium-bodied, with some Viognier weight to it, and a nice barrel spice through the finish.
Production Notes
Whole cluster pressed. Cold fermentation in neutral oak and 2nd and 3rd fill acacia barrels. Aging neutral Acacia and neutral barrels.
