A nice blend of red fruit aromatics with the green pepper / herbal Cab Sauv varietal quality. Very clean and pronounced. Light-bodied, acid-driven palate with a lingering spiciness.
Lingering mouth feel. Pleasing and satisfying. Touch of young watermelon.
Production Notes
De-stem / crush then press. Cool fermentation for three weeks. Aged in stainless steel barrels.
