Tasting Notes
Fresh, pronounced varietal aromatics – white flower, peach, lychee. Palate has the telltale O1V dense core, but the 2021 shows more of a saline quality.
Production Notes
De-stemmed to press, stainless steel fermentation for four weeks. Aged in stainless. Very clean, crisp, refreshing.
